The current delivery time is shown for each product. If in stock: ordered from Monday to Saturday before 5:00 PM, will be delivered within 1-2 working days within NL. As soon as your item is shipped, you can track your order.

You will usually receive a Track & Trace code the evening before delivery to keep an eye on the exact time of ordering. If you have not yet received this e-mail, please double check your spam box. We do not deliver on official holidays.

For orders under € 75 you pay € 6 shipping costs. For orders above € 75, the order will be delivered free of charge.

You can pay securely at the checkout via our payment provider Mollie. You can choose to pay directly with the following methods:

  • iDeal
  • PayPal
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • Creditcard
  • Transfer by bank

Choose the desired payment method, then you will be automatically sent to the secure environment of Mollie to pay securely.

Returns

Of course we hope that you are completely happy with your order! If something is not to your liking, you can return your items to us within 14 days. 

We will refund the total amount of the returned items within 14 days of receipt. We will also reimburse the return costs – up to an amount of €6.50.

Return procedure:

  • Mail to [email protected] which item you want to return
  • Place the items in the original packaging
  • Write the return address on the outside of the package (attn. Animeaux, Schoolstraat 4A, 2161 HC Lisse)
  • Take the package to your nearest post office. Make sure you keep the proof you receive of the shipment.
  • When we receive the package, we will confirm this by email within 10 days.
